What is a digital product?
A digital product is an item that is delivered electronically.
Digital products can come in the form of PDF files, jpeg image files, PNG image files, ZIP files, and more.
That means that when you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive your product instantly on your phone or computer in a downloadable format– and you’ll have the ability to use that product in a variety of ways to fit what you are looking for!
How do I receive my digital product?
Once you complete the checkout process, which includes entering your email address, the digital product will be sent to the email address you entered via an email attachment.
You can click the attachment to download the product from that email and begin using it immediately!
What if I can’t find the email with my product attached for download?
First, check your junk mail or spam folder. Or, if you use Gmail, you may need to check your Social or Promotions tabs.

How do I use my digital image file as my desktop background?
Instructions for PC Users: Right-click on your desktop and click “Personalize.” Click on “Background.” Under “Choose a photo”, select “Browse Photos.” Find the photo you wish to use as your background, select it, and click “Choose Picture.” You then can customize the fit of your desktop image. We suggest selecting “Fit” so that the image fits proportionally on your screen. There may be some additional area on the sides of your image that you can then choose a background color for.
Instructions for Mac Users: Locate the image you wish to use as your background in Finder and right-click the folder. At the bottom of the right-click dropdown menu, select “Set Desktop Picture.” If you want to tweak the appearance of the image, click the apple icon at within the top menu bar and select “System Preferences.” You can then customize the image to your desktop screen.
What if I need to cancel my digital product purchase?
Because the digital product is sent immediately upon completion of the checkout process, we are unable to cancel any digital product purchase between payment and receipt of the product.
